Solar Thermal System and Solar Receivers Products

CAST-TRX takes advantage of thermal control technology special for Chinese aerospace satellite, adopts twin magnetron sputtering technology, designs large non-standard vacuum ion coating equipment and TRX solar unique coating process, successfully realizes application of solar absorbing film to the 4m long steel tube. TRX receivers can work stably for a long time in the vacuum environment of less than 800℃ or atmosphere environment of less than 450℃, which has the unique characteristics of high temperature and long life. The application of this technology has made the manufacturing ability of receivers in China reach the first level internationally and its product quality can be matched with Germany manufacturer (Siemens and Scott). CAST-TRX invested and built the first large-scale production line of medium and high temperature receivers in high-tech zone of Cangzhou City which meets 200MW capacity demands, and it also provides solar thermal plant field system service.
